Kale and Banana Smoothie

Serves 2    

3 cups fresh kale (mid rib removed and chopped into small pieces)
2 cups of your choice of the following liquid: soymilk, hemp milk, almond milk, or water
1 banana*, sliced
1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
*Note: You may replace with pineapple or other fruiits.

Combine all the ingredient and puree in a high speed blender until smooth. 
If you prefer a thicker and icy smoothie, you may freeze chopped banana and/or kale.
