4 cups fresh berries, washed and cut if needed
¼ cup fresh coconut cream, made by skimming the surface of one 13.5 fluid ounce can of coconut milk
Divide berries into 4 dessert dishes and chill.
Place coconut cream in a bowl and put it in a freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
Take the cream out from freezer and whip it until stiff
Serve with ¼ of the whipped coconut cream over a cup of fresh berries.
