To say that undergoing Kaz’s program changed me in an understatement!

I met her at a seminar she hosted. I was in sad shape at 140+ lbs. Like so many others, I tried diets and exercise programs, only to see no results and feel worse. Under KAZ’s program of 30-40 minutes a day, other people began to notice what I felt. I dropped to 123 lbs, and have maintained it for the last two years! I’m totally into sports and activities of all kinds. My greatest example is a rock climbing school where I took on, and outdid, most of the young men in the group. I say that as a proud 58 years old woman. My life has changed for the better, and most importantly my health. Thank you so much. Life indeed has gotten better because of you.
